There are too many people who freak out when they see all of the PMP training they have to do to become a Project Management Professional. Yes, there is quite a lot of work to do but it’s nothing more than what you would normally do if you were to study a similar subject in a tertiary course.
I guess the main thing which makes it a lot harder now than it was then is all the new priorities that you have. You probably have a family, have bills to pay, still have an active social life and have a full time job.
This means you’re going to temporarily put this as a major priority and this will mean cutting back in other areas. If you have to, you will make sacrifices. The level of sacrifice you make will dictate you well you perform not only in the training, but also in the test.
